Administration/Accounts Coordinator
Description:
- To provide administrative support to sales and technical departments.
- To provide accounting support such as generation of invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders.
- To pro-actively update AR and AP records.
- To handle customer-services-related activities such as administration of sales, order fulfillment schedules, engineering schedules, quotations, RMA and logistics/event coordination.
- Daily operational and administrative duties such as phone calls, mail, follow up of renewal of services and routine payment collections.
Requirements:
- Preferably Chinese Female with good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must possess min SPM/LCCI/CAT/Diploma in related fields.
- Candidates with at least 1 year working experience in similar job scope are preferred.
- Candidate must be able to start work immediately or within short notice.
- Must be able to work under little supervision and under extremely stressful environments. Multi-tasking and long hours are required.
- Must be able to work 5½ day week.
